Univantage Helpforce provides a wealth of information on minimizing employment practices risk and improving your workplace. You will need to create a username and password to access the online resources. Use your Beazley Insurance policy number to register.

Knowledge Vault – Reference section of the site provides:

  • Hundreds of articles covering important workplace issues, grouped according to topic, as well as self-audit checklists

  • Model forms, including Incident Report, Reprimand, and Commendation
  • Entire Model Handbook – Policies can be downloaded and adapted to meet the needs of your organization. Eleven key policies are also available in Spanish.

My Workplace – Restricted section of the site where you can post information for your employees only, such as your employee handbook.
 
Control Panel – This is the feature that allows the site administrator to adapt the site to match the needs of his/her organization. The site administrator can:

  • Add or recruit additional users;
  • Change the default training settings;
  • Upload the organization’s own employee policies into training modules; and
  • Monitor the training progress of the organization’s registered users and download training reports

How to Register Your Organization on UnivantageHelpforce.com
First, decide who will manage the site for your organization. This person will register first and become the site Administrator by following these steps:
1.    Go to www.univantagehelpforce.com;
2.    Click Register Here above the login box;
3.    Enter your password (your Beazley policy number); and
4.    Complete registration.
